About Course

An AI Spy joins the class. Grades 4–5 learn the clues that give AI away – it learns, it predicts, it adapts – then set off on a treasure hunt through apps, toys, cars and homes to find it.

At this age children use AI daily without knowing it – in games, video apps and search. Learning the tell-tale signs of AI turns passive users into curious observers, which is the skill every later lesson builds on.

What your child will do
• “AI in the Real World” interactive with a true/false check
• Meet our AI Spy and learn the Clues to spot AI
• Use the treasure-hunt checklist around home, classroom or school and discuss what each find does (e.g. voice recognition in a smart assistant)
• Record discoveries in Chimpu’s Journal, then the Closing and Next Mission Tease

By the end, your child can
• Tell AI apart from ordinary automation
• Spot AI in daily life with confidence
• Record and explain observations

Learning focus (Fink’s Taxonomy of Significant Learning): Application · Integration.

Interactive video lesson with a journal activity. Part of Grades 4–5: Mission: AI Explorers, Module 1 – What is AI? – Exploring the Brain of Machines and Humans, Week 2. Next lesson: AI vs Human Brain Challenge – Strengths and Weaknesses.
